Three weeks on @Clay and I am not going back. Set up in an afternoon, and our lead lists have never been this clean. Easily the best tool we added this year.
Social listening
Everything said about your brand, in one honest picture.
BrandRobin listens across seventeen channels, from Facebook and Reddit to news, reviews and podcasts, and answers the three things a brand team is actually asked: what changed this week, why it changed, and what it does to the number you report on.
Free for 7 days. No credit card. Your first listener is live in about 3 minutes.

The whole picture, not the loud half
X is not your market. A review, a podcast and a trade article are read the same way as a post, so the channel your team happens to watch stops setting the agenda.
- 02
Early, while it is still small
Spikes are measured against your own normal volume, not a round number. You hear about a bad thread at 402 mentions instead of at 4,000.
- 03
Numbers you can defend
Every figure BrandRobin gives you links to the mentions behind it, so you can open the actual thread in the meeting where someone doubts the chart.
What it is
Social listening is the difference between a number and an explanation.
Monitoring tells you mentions rose 18.2% this week. Listening tells you one refund thread drove most of it, that it started at 22:14, and that net sentiment is down six points because of it. One is a metric. The other is something you can act on and report.
- Monitoring
- Counts mentions and pings you when your name appears. Necessary, and about a tenth of the job.
- Social listening
- Reads the conversation around the mention: the thread, the replies, the tone, and the move against your own baseline.
- What we add
- BrandRobin, an analyst that explains the move in two sentences and links every mention behind them, so the answer survives the meeting.
Where we listen
Seventeen channels. Named, so you know what you are buying.
We would rather list the channels we read properly than claim a number nobody can check. Each one is read directly, so you get the post, the author and the time it was written, not a search result. Set which channels each listener covers, and filter any of them by country and language.

What you are measuring
The four questions a brand team gets asked. Answered on one screen.
Volume, sentiment, share of voice and the cause of the move. Most tools hand you the first two and leave the rest to whoever has time to read four hundred posts.
- “How are we doing?”
- Mentions, estimated reach and net sentiment, tracked against last week and last quarter, broken out by channel.
- “How do we compare?”
- Share of voice against the competitors you name, and which channel each of you actually owns.
- “What just happened?”
- A spike flagged against your own baseline, with the post that started it and the accounts carrying it.
- “What do people want?”
- The themes under the mentions: what gets praised, what gets complained about, and what your category is being asked for.
How it works

FAQ
Social listening, answered
Social listening is reading what people say in public about your brand, your competitors and your category, then working out what it means. It goes past counting mentions: you get the post, the author, the thread it sits in, how the tone is moving against your own baseline, and an explanation you can repeat to someone else.
Monitoring answers 'was I mentioned'. Listening answers 'what is going on, and what do we do'. Monitoring is a counter and an alert. Listening reads the conversation around the mention, tracks the move against your normal rather than a fixed number, and tells you which channel and which thread caused it.
Because we can name all of them and show you what we read in each. A lot of '30+ source' claims are one web crawler counted many times over. We would rather cover fewer places properly, list them on the page, and be straight about where we are not looking.
Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Bluesky and other socials; Reddit, Quora and review sites; YouTube, Twitch and podcasts; news, blogs, Medium and newsletters. Private Slack, Discord and WhatsApp groups are not covered.
Not in the first release. BrandRobin finds the conversation, explains what is happening and links you straight to the post; your team answers from the accounts and tools they already use. Reply management is on the roadmap, and it will not appear on this page until it ships.
Channels refresh hourly on Growth and every 15 minutes on Scale. When a listener goes live we backfill the last 30 days straight away, so your first report has a trend in it instead of a single dot.
Against the competitors you name. Every mention of you and of them, across the same channels, goes into one denominator, so the number moves for a reason you can point at and you can see which channel moved it.
BrandRobin answers only from the mentions in your workspace, and every claim links to the mentions behind it. Where there are too few mentions to call a trend, it says so in the sentence rather than guessing. BrandRobin can still be wrong, so check the sources before a number goes in front of a board or a client.
BrandRobin reads content its authors published in public, the same content anyone can open in a browser. We do not read private groups, direct messages or anything behind a login. VERIFY: confirm the deletion policy with engineering before launch.
Starter is $49 a month for one brand, Growth is $129 and adds competitor tracking, webhooks and the API, and Scale is $299 with white-label reports and 15-minute refresh. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no credit card.
Right now, somebody is deciding what your brand is. In public, on a channel nobody is reading.
