The AI analyst

Ask what happened. Check the answer yourself.

It reads only the mentions in your workspace, answers in a sentence or two, and links every claim to the posts behind it. If there is not enough to call a trend, it says so instead of guessing.

  • Answers only from your mentions
  • Every claim links to its posts
  • No card, no commitment

Why did sentiment drop last week?

Negative mentions went from 11% to 34% on Tuesday, and 88 of the 146 conversations that day were about being charged after the trial. It started with one Reddit post at 14:02 and was quoted on X by 17:30. It has not spread beyond those two channels.

Two of the 146 could not be scored and are excluded. This is one week against a thirty-day baseline, which is enough to call a spike and not enough to call a trend.

The three posts carrying most of it

  • Reddit

    u/quietbuilder · Reddit · Tue 14:02
“Charged for the annual plan on day 8 of a 7-day trial. Support says it is correct. Is this everyone?”

  • X

    @marawrites · X · Tue 17:30
“a trial that charges you on day 8 is not a trial”

  • LinkedIn

    Theo Lund · LinkedIn · Wed 09:14
“To be fair, support refunded us within the hour when we asked.”

The answer is two sentences. What makes it usable is the third of the card underneath it: the posts it was built from, so you can disagree with the reading before you repeat it.

Why citations, not confidence

An answer without its sources is a guess with good grammar.

Anything can produce a fluent paragraph about your brand. The question is whether you would put it in front of a client, and you only would if you could open the posts behind it in one click.

It has no general knowledge about your brand and no opinion of its own. If the mention is not in your workspace, it is not in the answer.

Questions asked per week

Six of the 37 answers refused to call a trend, which is the point of counting them.

The refusals matter more than the answers. A tool that never says “not enough data” is telling you it does not know the difference.

What you can ask

Four questions worth asking on a Monday.

It is not a search box and it is not a chatbot about your product. It is a way of asking a month of conversation a question that a chart cannot answer.

  • What changed, and why

Sentiment moves, volume spikes and the theme underneath them, in two sentences.

With the day and the hour it started.

  • How you compare

Any two brands over any period, on the same scale, with the mentions behind the comparison.

Competitor tracking is on Growth and above.

  • What people keep asking for

Recurring requests and complaints, grouped and counted rather than listed.

Useful the week before a roadmap meeting.

  • A brief you can forward

The week in prose, with its sources attached, in a form a client can read.

How an answer gets made

It reads your workspace, and nothing else.

Four steps, and the fourth is the one most tools skip: saying plainly when the data will not carry the claim.

  1. 01Scope

    Your mentions

Only the conversations in your workspace, in the window you asked about.

  2. 02Group

    By theme

88 of 146 about one thing is a finding; 146 mentions is a number.

  3. 03Cite

    Every claim

Each sentence carries the posts it came from, openable in one click.

  4. 04Refuse

    When it should

Too few mentions to call a trend, and it says so in the answer rather than in a footnote.

Worked example

  1. “Why did sentiment drop last week?”
  2. 88 of 146 conversations about one theme
  3. Traced to one post at 14:02 on Tuesday
  4. Two mentions excluded, and the answer says so

Ask it something you would have to check.

Paste your website, let the first listeners fill, and ask it what has been happening. The answer arrives with its receipts.

What we do not do: answer from anything outside your workspace, write replies, or pretend to a confidence the mentions do not support. It can be wrong, which is exactly why every claim opens the posts underneath it — check before you send anything to a client. Starter includes 50 questions a month; Growth is unlimited.
